Repetition

There is no substitution for doing the same type of throw over and over. This is NOT to say you should just practice from the same spot over and over and not change spots. But you do want to use the same types of throws over and over by doing this you help build muscle memory. This can be counter-productive though because when it comes to disc golf your shot location and type changes on every throw. But it is good to help build your technique.
